Carrickfergus Cricket Club is delighted to announce the re-signing of Jamie Holmes for the 2016 Season. Holmes returns for a 5th season at CCC, following a highly productive 2015, scoring 683 runs @ 48.79, as well as making vital contributions with the ball.
Holmes will no doubt look to improve on his 2015 exploits, as Carrickfergus aim to climb higher up the Premier League table.
Carrickfergus 1st XI Captain Iain Parkhill said “We are delighted to welcome Jamie Holmes back to Middle Road for 2016. Jamie knows the Club well, and we feel his re-signing is key as we look to push on from the foundation we laid last season.”
Holmes is the second player to put pen to paper at the East Antrim club, with Overseas Professional Pat Botha, signing earlier in the month.
